1. Overview

SolveEz (“we”) provides digital services including web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, video editing, branding, and related IT solutions. These services are subject to the following terms.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Services and Deliverables

We aim to deliver high-quality services according to the project scope agreed upon. All deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be documented in project proposals or service contracts.

4. Payments

• All payments are to be made in full via approved payment methods, including DodoPayments or any other methods we support.
• Work begins only after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment terms and pricing are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect existing agreements.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Project cancellations must be requested in writing.
• Refunds may be issued only if the project has not been started or if agreed upon in exceptional cases.
• No refunds are provided once a service is partially or fully delivered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
• Supplying necessary assets (e.g. images, text content, access credentials) in a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensuring they have the right to use any third-party content provided to SolveEz.

7. Intellectual Property

• All original work created by SolveEz remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables (designs, code, videos, etc.) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share any confidential information you provide, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Read our full Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Limitation of Liability

SolveEz is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Issues arising from third-party platforms or services.
• Delays caused by client inaction or third-party failures.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
